By news@appleinsider.com (Amber Neely) Apple has inked a lease agreement to build a new Apple Store at Miami Worldcenter, set to show up by 2025 at the earliest.Image Credit: Miami WorldcenterThe one-story structure will be located at the corner of Northeast Eighth Street, to the west of the Jewel Box retail building at 725 NE First Avenue. The $12 million standalone store has been in progress since November. It will be Apple’s sixth in the Miami-Dade area.As per a report by the Commercial Observer, the new Apple Store is set to join other retail giants, such as Sephora, Lululemon, and Ray-Ban.
