EU hits back at Apple withholding Apple Intelligence from the region

At the time, Apple said that it “was committed to collaborating with the European Commission” to launch the features, but has security concerns because of requirements of the EU’s Digital Markets Act (DMA).The European Union did not immediately respond publicly.
