By news@appleinsider.com (Malcolm Owen) The iPhone is continuing to dominate the list of the top smartphone sales in the second quarter, but the overall position has weakened slightly compared to Q2 2023.The iPhone 15 Pro models were second and third in the listIn the second quarter, Apple and Samsung usually occupy most of the spots in Counterpoint’s list of the top ten smartphones sold in the world. For Q2 2024, the list continues to have Apple as the top choice once again.The list, generated by Counterpoint’s Global Monthly Handset Model Sales Tracker and seen by AppleInsider, has the iPhone 15 as having the biggest share, at 4.1%, with the iPhone 15 Pro Max second with 3.7% and the iPhone 15 Pro third with 3.1%.
